One of the recommendations on the "Joe's top 5 tips" page is
"train, train & train again"..............good advice. However, it is not easy for everyone to get out there. It really is no fun, for some, to walk on your own. It would be nice if others were going out and you could join them............well you can. Starting SOON there will be a number of walks taking place. All you have to do is "turn up". Sometimes though we might need you to bring your car to help out transport wise.

Below is the programme of walks over the next few weeks...................feel free to join us.

We meet at the "Doctor's car park" - central Whitwell at 9.30am.
Training
Walks
The walks are graded in "Levels" 1 through to 10

1 = Easy --- 5 = puff and pant somewhat --- 10 = take your mountain gear!
